The Villa
Carefully constructed to make the absolute best of its inspiring
position on a secluded tropical hillside, L2 Residence offers a stunning

Floor to ceiling glass doors slide open onto generous outdoor
balconies throughout the villa, with a spacious and comfortably
furnished sun deck bordering the plunge pool and extending over the
colourful, landscaped garden out into the heavenly views.
A spacious open-plan kitchen, well appointed living space and dining
area with seating for 10 occupies the lower floor of a unique L-shaped,
two-story pavilion. Upstairs, a spacious chill out lounge with
180-degree ocean view welcomes guests and offers them choices for an
indulgent stay from the moment they arrive. The open air dining terrace
with a bar provides the ideal setting for a private dinner with
stunning sunset views over the bay.
Chic but playful décor includes bright pink, purple and orange throw
cushions, zebra print wall art, thick rugs and rich, natural wooden

The villa's three bedrooms are housed in a second multi-level

Location
L2 Residences is one of the unique luxury villas on the Santhikiri Estate, an exclusive residential community on Koh Samui's idyllic southwest coast with 19 homes, communal tropical gardens, a common area swimming pool and a yoga sala. The estate is privately owned and managed by the resident community, providing 24/7 security staff and site management. The villa is a short drive from the award-winning Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary and Holistic Spa Resort. There's also a wide selection of restaurants, shopping outlets and bars in and around Lamai beach to the east (20 minutes) and restaurants overlooking the famed Five Islands at Taling Ngam to the west (15 minutes). For a sophisticated night out, Nikki Beach is a short drive north from Taling Ngam.

Services
- Three full time staff, a live-in couple and a day maid.
- The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and
tidy. The Villa Manager is available to cater to guests' specific needs
and help organize activities, massage and spa treatments,
as well as communicating requests to the Thai staff and dealing with any
matter arising at the villa
- Our Guest Relations & Concierge team will visit guests during
their stay (usually the day after check in) to further ensure guests
have a pleasant stay or address any matters arising at
the villa
- Bed linen is changed every third day, towels are changed as necessary
- Pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary
